Romanians increase salaries by 18% in order to attract workers, Croats below 5%

In the last twelve months Romania has increased salaries by 16% in order to prevent its work force from leaving the country and attract foreigners. The average gross salary in Romania exceeded EUR 1000 in March this year (EUR 1062), and this country started looking for workers in Pakistan. The circle of countries with a monthly gross salary higher than EUR 1000 is getting wider and according to current info such income was reported by Slovenia (EUR 1752), Poland (EUR 1201), Croatia (EUR 1184) and Slovakia (EZR 1143) - say HGK analysts.
