Parts of Croatia, Zagreb not included, are meritorious for such a strong growth. The data of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics show that one square metre cost HRK 11,755 in other cities. This is some HRK 2,000 or 20% more than in the same period last year. In Zagreb, on the other hand, prices stagnated and remained at the level of about HRK 12,400.
